From the world’s oldest Grenache vines, planted in 1948, the 2025 Rosato is a refined and vibrant expression of Barossa heritage. Sourced from the more vigorous north-western section of the vineyard, the fruit was harvested in mid-March and gently crushed before a slow press over 4–6 hours to achieve delicate colour and flavour extraction. Cool fermentation in stainless steel at 15–16°C, followed by early bottling, preserved freshness, purity, and aromatic lift.

In the glass, it reveals a bright glossy pink hue. The bouquet is fragrant and lifted, showing aromas of fresh red currant, cranberry and soft rose florals, with a subtle savoury edge adding complexity and intrigue.

The palate is energetic and finely balanced, driven by vibrant acidity and a silky texture. Bright flavours of ripe strawberry, cherry are layered with hints of pomegranate and delicate spice, leading into a mouth-watering finish with excellent length and clarity.
