Made in the Cirillo ‘house style’, the 2019 release is more about the fruit and crunch acidity as opposed to the “traditional” Malbec’s that can be big, dry, and tannic. It bursts out the glass with pomegranate and beetroot aromas. A vibrant blackberry notes on the pallet. This is the heaviest wine from within the Cirillo portfolio but retains the freshness and softness that Marco is known for. Maturation is a combination of time in oak (French and American) along with a portion that only sees stainless, blended back prior to bottling. Extremely limited as there was only 52 cases made. Get your hands on some quickly, before Marco drinks it all.
