Fortunate enough to get his hands on a small parcel of Riesling from a (secret) renowned grower, the fruit was picked in the early hours of morning to retain freshness. On arrival to the winery, it went straight to press. The aromatic juice tank fermented and bottled early. This wine displays the quintessential characteristics of Eden Valley. It has all you want and more from a young E.V. Rizza. There is zesty lime with a crunchy acid backbone and fine, crisp finish. Drink now or cellar for a decade to develop secondary Riesling notes. Limited released. Only 60 cases made.
