The prices on the Cirillo Estate Wines website are stipulated in (AUD$) Australian dollars. Freight costs are specified via our pricelist/order form and through our checkout. Availability of vintages change regularly. We endeavour to reflect this on the website. Prices of wines and freight are subject to change without notice.
At Cirillo Estate Wines, we are committed to producing the best wines possible. With that, we are proud to offer a full satisfaction guarantee on all of the wines you purchase from us. If at any time you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods you have purchased, please call us or email us and we’ll discuss sending you a replacement, offering a credit or an exchange for another product the same value (AUD$). If a product is deemed to be faulty then returns will be accepted. Returns cannot be accepted on the basis of not liking the wine. All claims must be notified within 14 days of receipt of the wine by email or telephone, so that we can arrange return and where appropriate exchange or refund. Please note that we will happily replace any wines purchased directly at the winery within 12 months; however we cannot replace Cirillo wines purchased from other wine retailers or restaurants. Any wines that are returned to Cirillo Estate, should be done as near as feasible to their original condition. Any postage and/or insurance costs incurred by returning wines to Cirillo Estate will be the accountability of the customer/buyer.
Cirillo Estate Wines respects and is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information and we strive to do our utmost to protect those detail that you provide us. Cirillo Estate Wines receive and store personal information that is provided to us via our website or in any other communications (e.g. order forms). This information is used for such purposes as processing orders. By joining our mailing list, you’re giving consent to be contacted by us via telephone or email. You can opt out of these forms of communication at any time by simply emailing or calling us. We do not and will not sell your information to anyone.
Despite our best efforts to secure wine shipments, wine bottles are fragile and issues arise. Please call or email us, and we will rectify the situation quickly. We endeavour to dispatch wines within 3 working days upon receipt of proof of payment made and funds cleared in our nominated account. Please allow up to two weeks to receive your wine shipment. We will not send wines in unsatisfactory weather conditions, so there may be a delay between purchase and delivery times.
