The Cirillo 1850 Semillon is harvested entirely of a single vineyard in the Light Pass region in the Barossa Valley believed to be the oldest Semillon (Madeira) vineyard in the world.
The Cirillo Mataro is an ode to the Barossa’s history and old clones. Cuttings were taken from nine individual rouge Mataro vines amongst our 1850 Grenache vineyard.
This Grenache is produced from 100+ year old vineyards from the high altitude region of Rowland Flat in the renowned Barossa Valley. It is created in the same time honoured fashion in which the Cirillo 1850
The Cirillo 1850 Grenache grown on sandy soils situated in the old “Seigersdorf” or “Light Pass” area of the Barossa Valley. This single vineyard is believed to be the oldest Grenache vineyard le in the world.
